HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT
No, each user is only permitted one account. The account can be funded from different credit cards and used on different sites. There is no need for more than one account and this is specifically prohibited.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A TRANSFER TO SHOW UP IN MY ACCOUNT?
Most transfers show up in your account immediately. Funding your BalticBill from your credit card will show up immediately in your wallet upon your credit card company approving the transaction. Transfers to merchants for goods and services are usually shown in your BalticBill immediately depending on when the merchant accepts your transfer. Transfers to other users are delayed until the user accepts your transfer

The sale of: unlicensed content, spyware, phone minutes, existing debts, digital cash, spending accounts, money transfer, gift certificates, coupons, rebates, vouchers, securities, stocks, bonds, deeds, sweepstakes, gaming, gambling, sport betting, wagers, wagering pools, lottery tickets, warez, pirated software, pirating tools, hacking tools, http/tcp proxies, irc/ircd, bnc, eggdrop, remote bots, shell accounts, dial-ups, dial-ins, spamming tools, fake ID tools, credit reports, anonymous proxies, proxy lists, password lists, email address lists, postal address lists, or any materials endorsing or encouraging violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, or criminal activity.
